There are two types of  Right Adrenal Cortical Carcinomas.

1.Functioning tumors

In this type, there is increasing the production of adrenal hormones therefore, large amounts of cortisol, testosterone, and aldosterone gets excess in the body. Basically aldosterone hormone regulates blood pressure.

2. Nonfunctioning tumors 

It’s a benign tumor that does not increase the  hormone production from the adrenal gland. Most of the adrenal gland tumors are benign i.e not cancerous, only 5 to 10 % caused the malignancy.
