HOW TO AVOID SYMPTOMS OF MENOPAUSE WITH NATURAL HOME REMEDIES

Menopause is a natural process so women should not be afraid of it. Most of the women face this problem in between 47 and 51 years of age. But sometimes it happens at 55 years of age or prematurely in as less as 40 years of age. Presence of all these properties make linseed an effective and one of the best home remedy. Use 2gm of linseeds daily on an empty stomach in morning and in the night before food. You can also use linseed oil added to water twice daily. Daily consumption of these seeds helps for menopausal disorders like hot flashes, dizziness, palpitation, mental tension, general weakness, fatigue, irritability, soothing or calming of the mind and nervous system. Apply paste of linseeds to vagina as it compensate lack of estrogens and relieve the symptoms of menopause.

A woman requires 800-1200mg of calcium daily. During menopause weakening of bones is one of the major problem. So to counter the weakening of bones consume three glass of milk during menopause period as milk contains very essential nutrients like calcium and vitamin D.

Add few crushed garlic cloves to boiling water. Strain it after cooling down drink this mixture twice to get relief from pain and avoid symptoms of menopause. This remedy helps to improve blood circulation in the body and dilate blood vessels in the body.

4. Use Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha also known as Indian ginseng. Use ashwagandha powder in milk and drink it twice daily for better results. This is a very effective home remedy for patient having menopausal disorders like depression, fatigue, insomnia and anxiety.

5. Use Liquorice Powder

Liquorice Powder

Consume one teaspoon of Liquorice powder daily as it contains estrogen which compensates the loss of hormonal imbalance during menopausal disorders.

6. Use Soya Milk products like Tofu

Tofu

Consume 200-250gm of tofu every day. Tofu contain phytoestrogens called isoflavones. This helps to ease vaginal dryness and hot flashes during menopause.

7. Consume Carrot Seeds

Consume one teaspoon of carrot seeds by boiling it to cow’s milk. This can be consumed once. As this preparation relieves anxiety, depression, irritability, headache and changes in mood swings during menopause.

8. Use Beetroot Juice

Consume juice of beetroot daily as it is rich in minerals which helps in balancing female hormones. This juice is very effective for menopausal disorders like irritability, hot flashes.

9. Use Olive Oil

Consume olive oil by adding few drops of olive oil to a glass of water or milk. Drink this preparation daily. This home remedy provides relief from menopausal disorders.

10. Use Almond Oil

Apply almond oil externally if menopause is accompanied by mood swings, fatigue and general irritability. This oil has anti-inflammatory properties.

11. Use Primrose Oil

13. Use Pumpkin seeds and Sesame Seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Make a paste of pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Consume this paste twice daily in the morning and evening. The pumpkin seeds contain L-tryptophan which is effective in depression, mood swings and irritability. Pumpkin seeds contains zinc in it which prevents osteoporosis during menopause. These seeds are a rich source of magnesium which balances menopausal related symptoms.

14. Consume Cabbage Juice

Cabbage Juice

Consume cabbage juice as it is a rich source of sulforaphane and phytonutrients. This juice increase the production of hormones and enzymes which help in detoxification of the body and restore hormonal imbalance during menopause.
