The sulfates content in Epsom salt increase the absorption of nutrients, ease a migraine, headache problem and provide relief from stress. Epsom salt with the help of magnesium increase the serotonin content in our brain and inhibit the adrenaline secretion in your body.
- Add one cup of Epsom salt in a warm bathtub.
- Along with this, you can add some drops of essential oil.
- Soak in this warm water for 20 minutes.
- For better results do this 2-3 times in a week.

2. Holy basil (Ocimum Sanctum)
Holy basil or tulsi is one of the most sacred plants in India. This herb has been used for many years in Ayurveda for the treatments of various health disorders. There are numbers of the phytochemicals present in holy basil such as oleanolic acid, rosmarinic acid, Linalool, germacrene, and ursolic acid. - Take 2-3 leaves of holy basil and put them in hot water.
- Rest it for 10 minutes and after that strain and drink this holy basil tea.
