Anal fissures are known as parikartika, it is caused due to consumption of guru Ahara, food aggravated with Vata and pitta, and lead to the formation of tear when the stool is passed.

Causes of Piles: It is caused due to passage of hard stools and giving pressure causes the swelling of the blood vessels in that region. Due to the swollen condition, it becomes difficult for the stool to pass and may cause injury to the blood vessel and as a result of it blood passes along with the stool.

Causes of Anal Fistula: It is caused mainly due to clogging of anal glands and anal tears. Other causes are having food that has less fiber content, due to certain diseases like Tuberculosis, cancer, an inflammatory disease in the intestine can’t Crohn’s disease, Diverticulitis, Trauma, etc.

Causes of Anal Fissure: This condition occurs when stool is passed with strain during bowel movement and this causes injury to the anal canal. This also occurs due to repeated diarrhea, constipation, decreased blood flow in that region, Crohn’s disease, etc.
