1. Yogurt

Directions for Use

  1. Have a small bowl of yogurt once daily.
  2. You can add seasonal fruits to the yogurt and have it.
  3. Grate some bottle gourd. Boil this for five minutes. Strain and add this bottle gourd to the yogurt. Add a little bit of salt, cumin powder, mint leaves and coriander leaves to it. Have a bowl of it.
  4. You can have a bowl of yogurt by adding some powdered jaggery to it.
  5. Make different flavor yogurts at home.You can make mango or strawberry yogurt by adding three-four pieces of mangoes or four-five strawberries in a blender. After that, put a bowl of yogurt and powdered jaggery to it. Have this delicious yogurt.
